Be so good, they lock you in to keep!

I got locked in Waterloo Centre today…


After acrylic pouring workshop I stayed longer to clean up. When I left the room sirens went off, the main doors were locked and I couldn’t get out...


I would like to think that workshop went so well they decided to keep me!

But this didn’t ruin the day.


My first class of 2022 Acrylic Pouring went so good, that nothing would ruin it.


I had full class of beginners and looking at their paintings you wouldn’t think that they are beginners at all.


I feel like a proud mamma!

I used to run online workshops for Agora Gallery in New York and i was already over the moon with experience, but face to face is so much more than online events. 


OK, there are some positives about online world.


 I could go cook one minute, the next - teach online and nobody would smell garlic steaming out of me. 


Being present with people is so fulfilling, that i think i can sacrifice my garlic bread crave for a day or so.


What do you prefer: online or face to face events, or garlic bread?
